When will my order be dispatched?
If all products are in stock, your order will be dispatched on the same working day if possible. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.

Which countries does Vibing Rings deliver to?
We deliver to all countries in Europe. When shipping abroad, customs duties may be incurred, which must be paid in full by the recipient. Orders outside Europe can only be processed by our staff, please send us an email to info@vibingrings.ch. You can check the country-specific shipping times here: International shipping times

Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible within ten days of purchase. To do this, send an email to info@vibingrings.ch and explain what you would like to return. You will then receive a return label from us. Upon receipt of the products, you will be refunded the product value minus a processing fee of CHF 5. The refund will be made using the same form of payment as the original payment. Returns and exchanges for international shipments cost a flat rate of CHF 30.

What payment options are available to me?
You can choose between the following payment methods: Twint, credit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.

My parcel and/or my products have arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your parcel or products arrive damaged, please contact us by email at info@vibingrings.ch.

I have provided incorrect information with my order. What should I do?
If you have provided incorrect information when placing your order, please contact us by email at info@vibingrings.ch. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the information will be updated.
